Wifi in Dekpor? YES!!!
Let's all just soak that in! Something we never imagined could happen...and yet here we are! This is the brainchild of Philip Schaffer of Austria. Truthfully, he has never done this before, but he is the sort of brilliant person who loves a challenge! Somehow, and honestly, it is beyond our knowledge and full comprehension, Philip figured out how to get things to work! He spent 10 days in Dekpor during March and had all of our ICT grads and several other volunteers assisting as much as they could. Not only is Philip one clever man, he is also an incredibly patient teacher who wanted to ensure that he was passing on as much information as he could.
