Talk about necessary! Just take a look at the before photos of the clinic roof! Rain was pouring through.
The old roofing sheets were badly damaged, lifted, rusting and allowing extensive rotting to the wood and ceiling underneath. Trusses had to be replaced, the fascia, and other repairs were necessary. We ordered the long roofing sheets so that the clinic will be safe for many years to come.
We are thrilled that Ruben, one of our previously-sponsored students, was the contractor and head carpenter overseeing the entire project! He had this organized beautifully with miniumal disruption to the working of the clinic. We are so proud of him!
